The house features a private yard with a pool, seating area, outdoor dining table, grill, and sunshade – ideal for relaxing in the open air.

The ground floor includes a bright and spacious living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate up to two persons, connected to a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. This open layout creates a welcoming atmosphere for shared meals and gatherings. The ground floor also has a convenient separate toilet. On the first floor, there are two comfortable double bedrooms, with a bathroom located in the hallway. The second floor offers added privacy with a double bedroom featuring its own bathroom, perfect for guests who value peace and intimacy.

Funtana is a charming fishing village on the western coast of Istria, known for its rich culinary offerings and crystal-clear beaches.
